Service Description

Receive one-on-one hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth program instruction tailored to your personal needs and preferences, ensuring a highly customised and effective birth preparation experience. The whole course is 12 hours long and can be divided into two 6 hour days (plus one hour lunch break) or into 4 three hour days/evenings. Please reach out for personalised discussion.
